That would be water, it would not be more than 45 or so ml of concentrated Sulfuriccommercial grade Rh Plating solution contains 2 gms Rh , 5 gm Rh / ltr. and so on . So this volume of H2So4 is dependent on just the liquid or weight of Rh.
I have observed that 12 ml of H2SO4 is sufficient to dissolve Hydroxide to Sulphate solution, ofcource electrical conductivity is poor, and with addition of another 12 ml, conductivity increases many fold . So what is the need of such high value of (80 ml / ltr) of H2SO4
