Thank you for the information!It's likely a multi-channel or multi-phase delay line, used to delay digital pulses within a network (circuit) for timing, classification, and discrimination (elimination of pulses out of parameters). ESC made tons of them for military and computer use.

Many are just miniature shielded cable tightly wound up and potted, or a bank of small value capacitors, requiring the pulse to "store" before propagating further, introducing a tiny delay (pico or microseconds).
Aside from the gold on the pins, little else inside.
