I need to produce 20 liters of colloidal copper with a concentration of 30 ppm by the electrolysis method, using copper cathode and anode. What working conditions do you recommend.?

Electrolysis of distilled water does not work. Google for "copper nanoparticles from copper citrate electrolysis"
