Anyone ever had much luck roasting osmium from pH5 concentrate? Remember the south african refiners would do this routinley do this to drop the % Os when they needed ti shift materials out. Trouble was it was mostly osmiridium so amount volatilzed was low. If anyone has good conditons for this I would be interested to know. I imagine good air flow but not so high that all the fines end up in the bag filter and highest temp for as long as possible? TIA
