For what purpose? They contain antimony, if that helps.

I just go to Wal Mart and buy a few packs of bank sinkers.


I'm not sure what all is in the wheel weights or what affect it may have on the cell.

I used Wheel weight, but you need to melt them then let them cool a little. Then heat them again while pouring. The molten lead pours leaving the impurities as a crust. I use them simply because I hade dozens of them laying around.
